Pretty cheap, I'll say like 1 infection and a few jabs. But the rest of the world needs a combo of the same for that to matter to keep transmission and exposure nice and low! Immunity is worthless if transmission and your exposure are consistently high! Eventually the virus will win! But transmission hasn't been high for awhile yet.

And it's relationship with hospitalizations/death has remained constant so one can presume a) that it's relatively accurate to determine caseload and b) the virus is as mild as it will get and has been at this level of severity for a few years. There's just a lot less virus around now which was always the bull case!
