I have an ex who had the same name as my mom, and it bothered the shit out of me. The weirdo partner who ran my old firm married someone who had the same name as his mom, and he was cool with it, so that convinced me it was not cool.

Here's the next one, since I just found this out, speaking of my old firm. My old firm had a certain department that was run by a couple of dudes who were young, dynamic guys who were bringing in lots of business, were the "cool" partners of the office (which was generally stacked with old conservative partners), and had a handful of young hot-ish female associates working for them. Turns out, one of them had drug problems, both were swingers, they engaged in three and foursomes, and ultimately one was banging the other's wife on the side without the guy knowing about it and then sold out the guy to the firm (one they moved on to from mine) for his drug habit and got him forcibly "retired". They were best friends who obviously...did everything together.
