OT: Movies/TV Shows

That was perfect. I literally have that exact sentiment on each of them, except that I've never been motivated enough to have Apple+ in the first place. I have Hulu instead as my source for traditional tv access. I have Hulu, Disney, and HBO bundled and pay $107 I think, and Netflix is whatever it is. It's still cheaper than cable, which by the way my old provider is charging me almost the same amount monthly for fucking internet access and a home phone line I keep for emergency purposes but never use.

I keep churning all of them (just always keep HBO) so never spend more than $35/ mo

The only rational alternative to the high seas imo.

Get one for a month or two, see all the things they have gated that you wanted to see, cancel and move on. Cycle through all of them like that.

Paying for these in Thailand is the only reason I have any of them. Netflix is the most expensive at $8/month. Only have prime because it comes with the delivery for my parents through Amazon (have to order stuff for them cause old people and tech) and Disney/youtube are like another 7/month combined through my mobile provider. Apple TV is free with my university account, else wouldn’t have it.

I’ll be getting dazn for nhl at $5/mth for this year (amazing news they moved to it as it was a nightmare through NHL.com to watch.

But IPTV for the win. Found one that works direct on my Samsung tv without much lagging. Sometimes the audio is off and I’ll just exit and re-enter the channel to watch.
