Gross. I like all cheeses except blue cheese and parmesan and cheddar. First two are horribly stinky and taste even worse than they smell.

Give me feta, goat, mozzarella, swiss, anything else, and I'll enjoy it. Unless it's on any kind of meat, which I think is gross.

I don't even know what those Kraft slices are. I run from orange cheese. I think that's a good rule.

I don't like the overly moldy/ammoniated or rotten smelling ones. blue, gorgonzola, stilton, limberger(made of condensed farts instead of dairy)...no thanks. my siblings all love the stuff and can't get enough of it though

Also, Asiago is a top tier cheese. As is Havarti, especially if accompanied by caraway seeds. Rye bread + butter + spicy dijon mustard + havarti + pickles/cucumbers = best open faced sandwich evah

To be honest, I'd never had Mac and Cheese before last year, either, and I'm old as dirt. I bought a package and cooked it up to see what all the fuss was about. I thought it was pretty bad. When I reported my findings I was told I'm an asshole cuz I didn't put ketchup on it too. Fair enough.

Yeah, packaged mac and cheese is the worst. Properly made, oven baked mac and cheese is comfort food of the gods.
