Whiners like Wehave bitch we are always on tv and get press, all over X yet he (like many) shares memes all day, reads all bad stuff on us, so algorithm says y'all want more so you get more.

Wr get highest ratings so we are always on national tv. Maybe 1/3 watch hoping we lose. Tv networks see high ratings and put us on more the hurr durr types bitch we are shoved down their throats.

Simple solution, stop talking/typing about us, stop hating us more than like own team and stop watching us, then we will go away.

Networks have said when in doubt, show the Cowboys. We have the most fans but we don't create highest ratings ourselves. Haters drive them higher like how Wehave drives us Leaf ratings and engagement by always talking/typing about them.

The Chiefs aren't in Kansas, they're in Missouri.

But extortion is the business model for pro sports now. Either the taxpayers foot the bill or you dont get to keep your team. Thats why there's no MLB team in Montreal now.

Exactly. The government told MLB to pound sand, which is what every government should say whenever a pro sports league comes calling looking for a handout. No corporate welfare. It's a stupid.and wasteful use of public money.
 
They’ll get that money back through tolls on the roads there, tax base, economic development. It’s Kansas, there’s nothing in Kansas. They decided to invest in their future. Don’t be surprised if the Royals follow suit when their lease is up.

No, they wont get their investment back because it isn't an actual investment. It's just a pit into which they will throw public money. Think Olympic Stadium. Thats what all these schemes amount to.

Every single economic impact study ever conducted (the independently commissioned ones, not the ones paid for by stadium boosters and the leagues) has arrived at the same conclusion. That spending public money on building stadiums is idiotic and wasteful.

Not some studies or even most studies. All of them. Every single one. For decades.

The Chiefs don't need a handout. If they want a stadium let them pay for it. Otherwise they can fuck off like the Expos did. No corporate welfare.
