OT: Soccer thread

Different players, different style, but I still struggle to not dislike the uhhh...ease with which they hit the ground. Same old Italy in that respect.

Been sorta house hunting and honestly Italians are one of many reasons that Woodbridge is on my no-go list. Must be unbearable there right now.

Really happy with Italy's defensive play today, was really fantastic apart from that bonehead play by Di Lorenzo...

Shame for Spinazzola, tore his achilles, going to be tough now against Spain!

Not really, Italy plays an attacking style now.
They’re playing more attacking, but England will be playing defence first. I don’t think that England needs to play the way they are either. Think they could afford to be more adventurous in attack beyond counter strategies.

We'll see what happens :) It will be tough now for Italy to advance past Spain having lost Spinnazola who in my opinion was their best player this tournament.

No clue why they don't suspend players for these incidents. It makes the sport look awful.

VAR official should be able to review it and call off the following goal if it's part of a play that leads to a goal imo.

That's when these clowns will stop doing it, get a few goals in knockout matches called back and the culture will change in a hurry.
