The missed gimmes were an obvious personal pet peeve, but I was more disappointed how the boys would do great work pushing the ball upfield in control and then fumblefuck the possession away as soon as they were looking dangerous around the box. A whole lot of good control turned into counter attacks off of sloppy bullshit. For all the pressure Courtois made what, 2 actual saves?

Need to have someone attempt a pile driver from 25 metres once in a while - try to draw out the D (and maybe get actually shots in net.) Belgium parked the bus at times, and we tried to unlock it with tiki-taka. Didn’t work.
