Of course it was an assault. We don't know if the scooter was calling the police or just being a dick. ( he apparently nearly got hit by a car)
But when he called the bald guy a bitch, he crossed over to the dick zone.

If you invite someone to move you out of the way, and they do, you lose the victim card.

I don't think the Crown is going to see it that way. I also don't think the guy calling the scooter guy a "tranny bitch" before going into assault mode is the right side of this equation to be cheering for.

That can't be! I was told that the Shah was a good guy, just misunderstood. The whole torture thing was just taken out of context.
