TSN analyst and former Raps coach Sam Mitchell explicitly said what Toronto needed to improve to not get destroyed on both sides of the court and they still came out and literally ran the same broken defense to start the game.
At some point, they need to adapt to what is happening. Personally, if IQ can't play, I'd be tempted to go with a starting lineup of Barnes, Barrett, Ingram, CMB, and Walter as a starting unit (with Shead rotating in for Scottie, Poetl strictly rotating for CMB, and Mamu rotating for other guys).
If IQ can play in game 3, then that fixes some of the problems with the 1st unit, but having Barnes/Shead/Walter/CMB on the floor at the same time means reduced shot creation, so having Barrett and Ingram on the floor with Shead. Poetl needs to play against Allen (for size on size), but also needs Scottie/Ingram/Barrett to help with bad switches, mobility, situational awareness, defensive coverage.
