I once referred to him as a poor man's Fred Van Vleet. Which is more or less what he looks liked in Dallas. His mid range game is obnoxiously good though. Did not expect that to stay nearly as efficient when defences zeroed in on it and he didn't have the Slovenian's gravity creating space for him.
and Fred is real gud, but never found that 1v1 scoring weapon to get into the top 10-15 in the league offensively like Brunson's middy game did.
