Nurse is a good coach if you give him a group that has the veteran pieces already. He's not guided by pre packaged plans or convention, makes great in game and in series adjustments, is a good players coach if you're one of his guys, etc. Nurse will probably land in another job where he competes for titles again.
But he's fucking stubborn and would rather play 6 guys for 40 minutes each a night to try to win in Charlotte on a Tuesday in November than develop a young player who doesn't currently at this moment fit his plans to win a game tonight, right now this fucking minute.
