If you’re a 19 year-old from Atlanta who grew up not giving two shits about baseball, I could see not being aware of A-Rod.

The last time A-Rod was even an all-star was when Edwards would’ve been 9 years old. And the very last of his superstar years was a few years before that.

We all knew he had the potential. He gets compared a bunch to his dad, was like 80-grade hit tool and 80-grade power a couple years ago, etc... I'm still very curious if and how much they might give him at 3B, but from what I hear, he's done a good job at 1B.

Yeah, what Bo said wasn’t a surprise, but after Vladdy’s struggles to start his career was cool to hear it again and from a guy who just hit a walk off homer.
