OT: The Toronto Blue Jays

I would move one of Yesavage or Nimmalla for Sandy Alcantara.

I dont know tht i see another reasonable name out there to where those guys would be available.

We dont have enough to get Skenes if that was even a conversation.
 
What has happened in baseball the last few years that it seems like pitchers consistently rack up a much higher pitch count early in games? It seems like a near impossibility for any of our guys to pitch into the 8th. They're always rocking 60+ pitches in the third or fourth.
