The second one you can justify. But the other two, oof. And the last one the ump is just taunting him with the delayed reaction, wanting to toss him. But I don't think they really need to do anything. It's the fun of going to the game to see the umps take the spotlight. Nobody goes to watch a scrub like Soto play.
