I don't think it will impact his contract offers as long as he looks good after returning. That's not usually a career altering surgery.

There is a limit to how much teams might be willing to spend on an arm who can't go more than 2 years in a row without a major injury. If he comes back in August-September, and puts up another month just as good as he's been, sure, give him the money and pray. But even if it's less than a full TJ, it's still a little worrying.
