He does have a way of coughing up big assed hits late in games. That was just ugly. He made Cordero look good there. Did I not read him saying that there are ballparks that he doesn't like pitching in and one of them was Yankee Stadium?

This was a really tough game to watch.

They battled for 8 innings, but Frasor blew it.

Lawrie and and esp. Rasmus have looked like complete crap the last 2 weeks. However, losing Bautista is season crushing.

Rasmus has been making very solid contact. Nothing wrong there but some bad luck. Lawrie on the other hand has been close to awful. If JB is hurt, I'd drop him down to the 3 hole and put Escobar back at lead off.

Solid contact of not, 3 for your last 28 is not good no matter how you spell it. Rasmus's OBP is 6 points higher than Adam Lind's.

Also, promoting Lawrie to the 3-spot considering his recent struggles makes no sense whatsoever.

However, to tell you the truth i'm not worried about either of those guys.

Farrell hinted that move is coming for Bautista tomorrow. Anthony Gose just removed from game in Vegas.

It would be very interesting to take a look at Gose. However, hopefully Jose doesn't need a DL stint. He'll definitely miss a few games, so if there's any question about a week or more they will go ahead and DL him. I'll take that, as long as the injury isn't serious and long-term. That would mean the season.

Snider hasn't exactly been lighting it up in Vegas the last few weeks but this must be getting pretty frustrating for him

At least no break means if he comes back, he likely won't lose power (I know lots of other guys who break hands or wrists come back with zero power). But it could mean something bad. Hopefully just a bruise and a week of sitting is needed.
