I generally put nothing but ground pepper on steaks after cooking.Don't get saucy with me bernaise.
I prefer my own dry rub on tenderloin. Why ruin such a good piece of meat with sauce? Use that on strip steaks.
Tenderloin has a nice texture but not much flavour, sauce is a good idea.

I have no doubts.The amount of people that have told me that's the best tenderloin they've had leads me to believe I'm doing it right. For some people anyway.
