OT: What are you Watching/Listening/Drinking?

So Amazon only has three seasons of Mr. Robot but I see there is a fourth. I'm assuming on USA. Where'd you watch season 4 ME? Torrent?

Heh, ya, I was more making a joke about Woody's character somehow landing that wife (Michelle Monaghan) and side chick (Alexandra Daddario).

But ya Woody and McConaughey have been great. Really enjoying it so far.

That Daddario nude scene is a classic.

No knead bread underway here. Thanks for the tips folks.
Please report back for the final product. I haven't done that recipe in a good five years or so but from what I remember in the last stretch when you take the lid off, the amount of time you do depends entirely on how much you like or dislike acrylamide (that black burnt, charred bitter tasting bit). I've done as little as 12 minutes (and it's still fully cooked) and as much as 25. It entirely depends on who my audience is at the time... And it also kinda depends on your oven so YMMV - 12 minutes may not be enough for certain ovens for all I know, although I believe the final stretch without the lid is mostly to get some color on it and less about actually cooking it fully through.

I let it rise overnight then baked it off this morning super early. Had it right out of the oven with butter and it was actually pretty heavenly.

I did 15 min after taking the lid off and it was just on its way to charring on top. I'd probably do it the same amount again.

This is going to be the new hip thing isn't it???? no more super hoppy IPA's and stouts.
Artesanal bread with home cultivated yeast?
