I kind of want to give the "I don't need a ride, I need ammunition" guy the benefit of the doubt here. If we had a government agency that had multiple Russian agents working in it, I'd kind of want big changes made to it too.
Don't fault the Ukrainian people for getting angry though given their way too intimate history with goverment corruption.
This is what the EU needs to make clear, just in case there was any inclination within the Ukrainian political class of doing anything other than working towards EU membership.
Good. I want to give Zelensky the benefit of the doubt, but the more pressure applied to do the right thing, the better. I hope Zelensky goes on air and speaks in support of the protests tbh and doubles down on his promise from earlier. Now would be a really good time to talk to the EU about adding a layer of EU oversight to the new process.
