I was scared they would sub in Gallagher or Veleno but Marty doesn’t do cliche coaching shit… so hats off to him and Dach and you

Those cross seamers were a disaster all night — we were way better 5 on 5
 
I thought we looked fragile, even though we were able to generate some breakaways with our speed. But there was hesitation on those breaks, they almost looked like they were beating themselves on the chances. There was a sense they weren't going to convert that way.

Playing a good team in the playoffs can have an effect on the mental game, for sure.
 
Sal was right....Andy and Bolduc (and Dach) play better in the playoffs, which is why we needed them in the lineup (even though their regular season play sucked ass)......their big bodies will always be an advantage
 
Just the eye test here, but Struble and Jackeye have rarely looked out of place.....what the heck happened in the last 2 weeks of the season ??? They are playing with so much confidence in themselves....Jackeye used to just dump it fast nowhere, now he takes time to analyse before passing it....

It's like the game has slowed down for both of them.....

They are still bottom pairing dmen, but at least they are helping with Dobson being out
