They're really good. But it's not that they have a great collection of players. The roster is top 10 in the league, maybe even top 5... but they are so well coached and prepared to play that they are probably the best team in the league. Certainly top 3.
 
Good on Carolina fans to do the Ole chant. I have zero problem with that. They dominated and they're going to the finals.

Our fans do it to teams all the time... even on the road.

they can roll 4 very good lines.
Slavin is a machine on the backend

their weakness is that they don't have a world class finisher and their goalies are ok at best

They are a more mature Habs. Really good players but no big superstar.

Yep. I didn't "expect" to win the series. Game 1 absolutely gave me hope... but even then, I never thought it was a done deal. Losing was always going to sting... it's extremely difficult to win a Cup and we were always going to need to exceed all expectations to go all the way.

I don't like it, but I can handle losing. You make adjustments, you throw what you have at them, and it doesn't work, you try something else. If that doesn't work... well you're probably out of time, but if not, try something else. When you do all of that and you lose... I can deal with it. To just try nothing different... at all? I can't even comprehend it.
