PLAYOFF GDT: Series 2 / Game 2: @ Winnipeg, Friday, June 4th, 7:30EST (MTL Leads 1-0)

I’d still prefer Evans.

His play has made Lehkonen and Armia expendable.

Poehling and Evans should replace those two.

I like Armia.
He is underrated for what he brings.
The only issue is he is injury prone.
At 3X3 i will bring him back.
Big body, wins battles and can score 15-20 when he is healthy.
Much better than useless Andy at 7 M.

That Anderson contract might be as bad as some say it is.

I’m getting a weird Drouin type vibe off him.

his skating seems ok....his shooting seems horrible and is approaching Jan Bullis territory

He still scored close to 20 goals in a shortened season....

7 years is a long time, but for the next 3-4 years he'll be fine. Only injuries can derail him, and I think he's playing injured now....

He has a low hockey IQ. Being in one leg is one thing, having low IQ is another.
Both Perry and Staal are slow but the vision is there. It doesn't disappear by age either.
He is skating head down and have no fcuking idea what is going on around him and at the end shoot the puck from anywhere.

He gets his goals when he drives to the net otherwise he is not a great shooter either. Toffolli is much better shooter.

Armia has a different skill set and has been a beast in the playoffs but always left you wanting more. He reminds me of Eller.

His hockey IQ is okay, and he knows what he needs to do to contribute and rarely put his team in trouble with boneheaded play, but he suffers from tunnel vision. As I've said many times before, he doesn't pass.

Looks like they aren't moving Pionk up to replace DeMelo. They're going to give first pairing minutes to Jordie Benn, a la Bergevin.
