Summer 2025 Transfer Thread

I don't blame him for balking, as Forest has been a crapshoot for guys coming in. At this stage of his career, if Weah's moving then he needs to make sure it's to a place where he'll be a core part of the setup. Forest is NOT that place.

Based on what I'm seeing from him in the Gold Cup, he really needs a move like this to a better league to take another step. He's dynamic in all phases but the physical stuff knocks him off his game more than it should for a player with his frame. The Dutch league is just so freaking soft, it's not doing him any favors at this point. The last big step up in his development came when he spent that year at Rangers getting clabbered by random Scots plodders.

Arsenal finally signed Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad. They’ve been tracking him since 2019-20 when they noticed him while scouting Martin Odegaard and Alexander Isak. The fee is €60 million, exceeding his €60 release clause but Arsenal will pay in installments.

Arsenal have also agreed personal terms with Chelsea winger Noni Madueke. The clubs have not made contact yet though.
