My son got and xbox one and he's trying to play fortnite mouse and keyboard.. keyboard works fine in the OS but when we booth Fortnite it doesn't work. Anyone can help?

Yes, Ive tried different ports too, différent combination of ports. We've even uninstalled and reinstalled the game.
