Tech Thread

I love that the US is underperforming Canada. I know why. I know it's because the US has many bubbly equities and the tsx is mostly boring stable corporations that haven't quite bubbled up like American equities over the last two years...

But the maple magas have been mocking Canada and saying that US will be fine and Canada will go to zero. Hasn't quite worked out that way!

Most big money investment firms don’t go to cash so when they sell the US, they end up buying laggard countries

Europe has been scorching! My etf that is ~65% Europe is up 9% ytd. US has outperformed for a historically long time. That doesn't mean it has to continue forever!

I'm still getting ass fucked don't worry! I'm like 40% US. Europe takes up maybe half of that. Same with Asia and Canada. Though I did start introducing all new funds to other countries last year. It didn't work for a long time and made me feel dumb. Finally it's paying off.
