I dunno maybe they wanna give Hollowell like a few games in a row without Robertsoning/Kadring him before concluding for certain that he sucks? I am being generous...

or they want to show that top performers in the A will get a real run of games?
 
Holowell has always been popular in the room despite being not really a prospect. He was always in those offseason pics with Joe Thornton and the young stars. They always rave about him. As a person at least.

hmm i was wondering what was going on.,...looks like we finally seem to be getting a normal amount of special teams time.


3.17 pp/gm - ranks 19th I think
2.21 pk/gm - ranks 18th I think

so, not a lot, but a clear bump up from the usual bottom 5 ranks in both categories.
 
Goalies are making the key saves. Our team defence really minimizes high danger chances; Murray/Samsonov are doing a better job at stopping those chances than Campbell/Mrazek
