Mrazek was a shit signing on day 1. Not sure what Dubas saw that warranted giving him 3 years.

well yeah. that's what he said in the postseason presser. I wasn't expecting any big changes this year, Dubas had made up his mind. so be it.

I wonder though if he would have been more inclined to do something in net this month rather than D if Muzzin had not been out longterm.

Frenemy would never stop mocking that Dufas had to fix yet another mistake (Marleau, Ritchie) by throwing good assets away, but fuck it.

I don't believe the "top" prospect part though. It can't cost that much to get 30-40 games of Fleury.

If I'm another GM I'm stuffing the nerd in a locker in a trade if I can. Dubas is dealing from a position of weakness with things on fire and the season on the line.

I know that the average fan doesn't think these guys have much value but I think we've established a pretty good track record at this point.

Every guy we pass through waivers gets claimed, every camp invite gets an NHL contract (11 of the invitees from our 2017 camp, for example)
