soooo basically Tavares and Mitchie have sucked and the rest are just unlucky. and Bunting-Nylander, Kampf-Kase, Spezza-Simmonds have all actually been really good.

That’s always been my assumption.
During the negotiations, his dad and agent publicly whined about how Mitch wasn’t being viewed as a candidate for the captaincy, and lo and behold an “A” appears on his jersey after his contract negotiations were done.
Mitch and his camp cried their way into him being given a letter.
