Probably. But I think we can get rid of the "****ing" description now though.

I don't know whether KHL contacts expire today or tomorrow. But if the talk about Zaitsev-to-Toronto being a done deal was true, you'd have to think we'd be hearing something in the next 48 hours.

Datsyuk is apparently waiting until after the World Championships to make his decision. I think it would be the one hail mary move that Holland can make to try to convince Datsyuk to come back, that he can make before Datsyuk makes his decision.

detroit needs the skill. their "next wave" turned out some solid players in tatar and nyquist but nobody who can take the reins from datsyuk/zetterberg (maybe larkin but at 20 he's not there yet).

zetterberg led the wings with just 50 points this year - in a healthy season. datsyuk is injury prone and has clearly lost a step. they need talent.

Radulov makes little sense for us for numerous reasons ... so wherever he signs, I am sure it won't be Toronto. Seems like the rumours are pointing towards COL.

No, the tried by matching the deal the Wild threw at Suter, but he wanted to go home and that can be a powerful motivator.
