injuries are a big issue, but he's got better numbers and pedigree than a whole bunch of teams' goalies, and it's only a one year deal.

most bad teams who need a goalie will simply take whatever league min guy they can find or use what they have in the sytem. if they are bad who cares. A price absolutely has to be paid to take that contract. How good Murray is or isnt when he's not dead is completely irrelevant.
