The official NFL thread

Offensive offsides was a pretty rare call in the past but I've seen it called quite a few times this year. It seems ticky tack, but the offense already has so many advantages so I don't hate it.
During the telecast they said there were 2 all last year and one the year before but last night's was the eleventh already this season as they are focusing on that advantage and all teams were notified about it.

Mahomes looks like a wuss. I would understand if it was close but his whole foot was ahead of the ball.

plus Mahomes had three more chances to make a play...and did not

Mahomes tantrum saved Toney from being the media donkey for yet another brain fart. Didn't even check with the line judge if he was lined up right

all that being said, that backward lateral by Kelce was an absolute thing of beauty!!! Such a heads up play.

So, they didn’t call it four time prior and then called it at a critical moment?

🤨

The flag was in the air as soon as the ball was snapped. The fact that a highlight play ensued was pure coincidence

My guess is that this one was hard not to call because Toney was literally blocking the ref’s view of the line of scrimmage
