Hard to believe this still goes on. 190!!

Former NFL running back LeShon Johnson has been charged in a federal dogfighting case after 190 dogs were seized from him last year.

The Department of Justice announced in a news release this week that the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma unsealed the grand jury indictment charging Johnson with violating the federal Animal Welfare Act.

Johnson, who made his initial court appearance last week, is charged with "possessing 190 pit bull-type dogs for use in an animal fighting venture and for selling, transporting, and delivering a dog for use in an animal fighting venture," per the news release.

He faces 21 counts. If he is convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine on each count.

Deplorable. What kind of garbage meat sack does that to dogs. I. Have owned pit bulls and bully breeds and for any dog it’s reprehensible, never mind a breed that desperately wants to please its owner. Fucking atrocious.

My wish list for the Bears tonight begins and ends with Ashton Jeanty.

If they don't get him, then I suppose I'll settle for Tyler Warren. He looks like a beast of a TE.

I heard Bears want to move up to pass Vegas for Jeanty, which is interesting but i dunno i Chicago is in the surrender assets to move up in round 1 for a RB stage of their contending

They had a pretty nice offseason. They addressed the o-line nicely. Landing a top tier RB might put them in contention.

To be clear i dont think ill ever endorse moving up in 1 for a RB

Bears defense still has porous holes. IMO just keep taking BPA, i dont think Jeanty makes them a SB contender. In the world where Saquon hits FA you can add a difference maker RB every offseason. I dont think the Bears are SB contenders on a draft pick's rookie deal
