Yep

There's two clarifications I think everyone needs to process

- Matthews played with the door handle once (according to the guard's statement). There's nothing that suggests that he was trying to get into the car, just scare whoever was in it as a prank. A stupid prank aimed at an armed person sitting alone in a car at 2AM.

- There's nothing suggesting so far that Matthews knew the guard was female prior to playing with the door handle because he thought it would be "funny".

This was a dumb, drunken stunt by a young athlete who should in theory know better. But it's not what a pile of people are droning on about.
 
I think though, that if he had of told the guard he was sorry instead of being cool and walking away in his underwear she does nothing and we never hear of this...so there's a lesson.

Yeah, it's the guard for his condo. Of which I'm sure there are a number of that rotate shifts. She makes note that she saw them leave at 11pm, but doesn't note that they noticed her. There was no interaction between them on the way out, etc.
 
Im interested in who leaked this. The guy who originally posted the screenshot on twitter said he received a text tipping him off.

What’s getting lost in this is that it was a security guard who has to handle worse shit then less daily as part of the job. Keeping tabs on some drunks is part of the job.

Well that's where Matthews being a millionaire athlete comes in to play, maybe hoping to get paid off. Or she was just generally scared, who knows. Either way the amount of outrage is too much.
 
one other thing... why give a veteran with extreme PTSD (her description) a job as a security guard. WTH?
