The ****ing Pre-Season/Training Camp Thread (2019/20)

Barrie's already made a couple of plays in this one that Zaitsev or Hainsey couldn't complete if their lives depended on it.
 
Mikheyev looking good again tonight. Thought he had one there.

Has anyone spotted this supposedly incredibly shitty player called Ceci? Guy has been good in every game.
 
Mikheyev continues to look really good. Great hands, good on the forcheck, makes smart passes, and just stripped the puck from a Habs d-man from behind in their zone.

Yeah I haven't seen him be shitty yet, solid puck-mover, can pinch in the offensive zone well, and I haven't seen anything terrible in the d-zone yet.
 
Matthews has a fair number of brain cramp passes when he's in his own end. Not sure what's up with that.
 
That was a good PK by the Habs, Leafs never had any room. Only Barrie, Spezza, and Nylander threatened anything.
 
Moore on the pk too. I like that. Was surprised he didn't get any pk time last year.
 
and wow were we missing anything with skill on RHD. Barrie is a breath of fresh air on the right.

Ceci also pretty skilled with the puck, and a huge upgrade from Zaitsev. Barrie-Ceci over Hainsey-Zaitsev is just night and fucking day, and isn't being talked about nearly enough outside of this board.
