I'm at least passing on what more qualified professionals have said on the topic. What's your source? Your "eye test"?

The other difference is that I'm actually not sure why Biden slips up, whereas you have confidently pronounced him senile on more than one occasion. Therefore, the onus is on you to prove it. I'm just offering reasonable doubt.
