They tend to use 'paper money' alot more than credit cards/debit cards. Not sure the reason (fear of fraud and/or debt maybe?). But here's an example of how fastidious they are:In truth they've dealt with it worse than the US. But the japanese aren't absolute morons. They wear masks, they're clean and they're respectful.
