But I'm still waiting because there is a lag, especially with the ICU bit, which is going a bit vertical for vaccinated (in fairness our most elderly/vulnerable are nearly all vaxxed so it's understandable). The VE vs hospitalization and ICU has been dropping over the last few weeks and I expect it may continue. Boosters clearly providing the rebound in protection vs infection.

Should rule out the 5 day isolation thing

NS has changed its rules so that my colleague who tested positive last Wednesday can return to the office today without a negative test 🤷‍♂️

I then had to do some crisis intervention when other colleagues found out buddy returned to work without a negative test and without a full recovery... fun times.

I was thinking I got sick from my 4 person NYE gathering but no one else ever showed symptoms.

I just told a coworker today via Zoom that I'd been quarantining because I was sick and they said they were also sick before the holidays but came in anyway because they didn't have a fever. lol cool cool thanks.

I asked my employeer how we are to claim short term disability if we get covid since we will not be able to get a confirmed test (3 consecutive days off sick in a row qualifies as short term disability).

No chance I'm working, even if its mild, if I get the illness that has caused a 2 year global pandemic.

Has anyone had to prove covid for paid time off during this?

I'm baffled why buddy wouldn't do the test anyway.

If anyone's interested, here is a quality breakdown of some of the misinformation provided by people like Peter McCullogh and Robert Malone.

40-50 million downloads of McCullogh's interview with Rogan is a lot.

I hope you are right

but I hoped the same thing with delta....then booooom - worst wave yet

We're starting to run out of lineages to produce super covids though and it took something special to out compete delta. Literally the most transmissable virus in recorded history.
