OT: Coronavirus Resources - and other things to not worry about

Former NHLer and Mensa member (not really) Chris Nilan got fired by Bell Media for refusing to vaccinate. He asked for a medical exemption and was denied. He has not revealed what condition he suffers from that would require an exemption aside from just not wanting to take the vaccine.

Are the truckers building a stage near parliment hill?

If these "protesters" are planning to turn this gofundme tailgater into a fullblown crowd-sourced festival, I may have to congratulate their genius.

I feel for you. The protesters have been parked and living about 15-20 meters from my front door for a week now. The 24 hr. noise, smell and gridlock have been a challenge not just the residents but for emergency vehicles and accessing essential services.

Sounds a lot like freedom.

OAS? If so... Well shit. Similar was found with the Beta vaccines.

A theory that I like better than OAS. From an immunologist that admittedly tends to look on the bright side of things:

Might also explain why immune responses after getting infected with Omi kinda suck too. It acts like 1 dose. Need a second exposure.

EDIT: And it appears Pfizer already knew this was possible. It's baked into their trial design.

So basically for those who get infected I think it's likely that 1 dose will be recommended. For those who come out unscathed, 2 doses may do the trick. Yeesh. The antivaxxers are gonna lose it that we'll be on our 5th dose within 3 years of the pandemic.

How have they treated you so far?

I mean besides being assholes all the time, any personal interactions?

(I know people in Ottawa, might be able to walk by your place...just saying)

Yikes. Downtown TO already looking pretty messy.

Ironic because we can all finally go to restaurants again but now we're... blocked from going to downtown restaurants by the "freedom" idiots.

In today's edition of "could you fucking imagine if native or black people were doing this shit"

What a clown show

It sure sucks living in a world where the people we give guns to and pay to uphold laws are sympathetic to ridiculous degrees with people breaking laws.
