For some reason MSL thinks he needs to keep the Gally-DVO-Anderson line together... Outside of a handful of games down the stretch they have not been very effective. I would find a way to get Demidov on that line. Move one of the wingers to the Newhook line.

That’s not a bad idea. Anderson would be a good bodyguard/babysitter for Demidov. Though they would muff most of the chances set up, it would be the same as Newhook doing it anyways.

Dvorak could probably get the puck on to Demidov's stuck better than Newhook or Laine can.

i agree with MSL.....these lines have mostly been intact for months now....why suddenly change them

No line changes will get Demidov more energy and stamina
No line changes will get Laine to play better defensively
No line changes will teach Newhook to bury the puck when he's alone with goalie

And no line changes will get Slaf to play hungry.....he's like a Slovenian version of Kovalev....plays every 4 games if he feels like it

Why suddenly change? Because we're 3 more losses from being banished to the golf course. MSL doesn't have the luxury of time.

And Demidov's stamina is fine. Give him the goddamn puck and let him shoot it. 15 and 92 aren't getting those pucks. That line spends the entire length of their shifts chasing the puck, not possessing it.
