Their country of origin will take them, you know, the same way they've taken anyone who gets deported since forever. Deporting them to a 3rd country to be placed in inhumane prison conditions is about as clear a crime against humanity as there is. That you cheer for treating human beings like this is a massive giveaway about what your character is.

This is the key gap in the mindset of these idiots on this. If all the government has to do if it wants to deny them due process is claim that they're illegal....then all they have to do to deny you due process is claim that you're illegal. Whether they (or you) are actually illegal becomes meaningless when you allow the government to deny anyone due process.

Depending on the specific laws of specific states, ie open carry, if someone in a mask tries to apprehend you one should be able to defend ones self.

they just believe this won’t happen to *them* - I don’t think they care if the government accidentally rounds up a few legal brown folks by accident.

i'm pretty sure it would be tbh.

if these masked unarmed freaks get shot by someone with a gun license defending himself, I don't see how they could be prosecuted.
