Dont want to spend the assets on Anderson as he doesn't want to sign anywhere other than Vegas long term.

Now that he's gone and the Panthers guys are staying, it's going to be real tough getting better this year. Not to mention better than them, as they run it back with everyone. Vegas plus Marner is a big add for them too.

There's no UFAs worth getting. Will have to see if Tre actually can pull off a stealth trade.

Path was laid right out for him to be one of the most beloved Leafs of all-time and likely a good shot to even finish as the franchise’s all-time leading scorer.
