OT: The M-Fing Food Thread

thanks. I will continue my current approach of basically using all the oils, depending on what is being made, and how.

think we currently have: EVOO, avocado oil, coconut oil, peanut oil, canola oil, sesame oil [butter, ghee]
Do you make your own ghee?
 
Just did a bit of My Own Research tm

and yeah....I think I'm going to start doing that. Didn't realize the cost gap was so huge.

We do not. Buy it from the indian grocer. Or superstore now

yeah, we have a bulk restaurant supply place in town now that is pretty clearly Indian owned/operated. My only current regret is that the best deal on ghee is a 10kg case that would definitely end my life before 50.
