Shrimp, lobster, crab, sturgeon...all bottom feeders. Most of the best fish for fish and chips, etc...bottom feeders. Any anti pork take is terrible before we even get to cured pork and after cured pork is ban worthy. Animal fats are good for you, like most other things, in reasonable portions.
