Wolves Last Week:

10/17 Iowa W 2-1 (OT) Primeau with the win. Heimosalmi and Slavin (OT winner) with the goals
10/18 Iowa W3-2 Sawchenko with the win. Ryabkin, Brind'Amour and Robidas with the goals

Iowa was 3-1-0 going into those 2 games so maybe the all Chicago needed to do to get out of their skid was to get rid of Nadeau and Unger-Sorum?

2 Games this coming week Sat v. Milwaukee and Sun @Milwaukee

Which one of the 3 centers that scored on 10/18 is headed to Vancouver?

Ryabkin

Ryabkin

Maybe, but since it'll be a fourth line role my money is on Brind'Amour the younger. And I know the internet always gets weird when he gets a callup, but he's always done fine with the big club.

Yeah. That check the name thing happened a couple of times in the NFL and now it's spreading. Sooner or later somebody's going to get their ass whipped for pulling that one. Probably in the NHL, honestly.

Someone does that to D-Lo and they’ll be picking their chiclets up off the ice

Any garden variety 4th line grunt would clock a guy for that crap. Hell, a lot of name brand players would too.

Was curious to see whether Larose in that video was related to Chad... but it doesn't look like it. He did score a lacrosse goal a couple of weeks ago, however.

I mean, this is cute and all, but should be reserved just for 'stars'. Justin Porier might be a star in his own mind, but he is not at a level that entitles him to the 'who are you (check the name)' insult.

Auston Matthews did this once in an NHL game a season or 2 ago. He has earned the right to make that insult.

Mike Evans did this in an NFL game this season. Also a guy who has earned the right to that insult.

Justin Porier? Yeah kid, you are nowhere near the level of player to be doing that insult.
