Trump has the Senate and the House and SCOTUS, and the military and law enforcement and a lot of the judges but they’re still ruling against his particularly egregious shit so now he’s targeting the lawyers so there’s no one to represent the other side.

the irony is that while Ronny's statement here sounds nice and libertarian and all, the truth is that "human rights" have never existed in human history other than when people fought for and built democratic governments and the rule of law to identify and defend them.
