I get the anxiety behind everything Leafs, but the way they handled the Berube thing was the right way to do things. They'd be dumb to not speak with him, pick his brain, get any information they can out of him before dumping his ass. It was also a show of respect to speak to the guy before just canning his ass.

And also Keith Pelley should not be firing an NHL head coach. I never got that argument other.
