I'll set the draft order shortly using a randomizer. It will be a snake draft. We just need to get Bull's entry fee and doublecheck the protected lists, and then we can get the ball rolling. Thanks for posting both of you, it would be great if the 3rd new manager could do the same. Definitely want to make sure everyone's ready to go and doesn't have any questions about the league setup before starting the dispersal draft.
I don't agree with this, for example UW suggested that SB's are valued like a single, but it's actually less than that because of the penalty for caught stealing. Now SB's are down around the league (which makes them more valuable IMO) because MLB decided it wanted to have 17 home runs a game since apparently there wasn't enough standing around already.
Right now a stolen base is worth 0.5 pts, a caught stealing is -0.25. We could make SB's worth 0.6 (or even a little higher), maybe reduce CS to -0.1. We definitely don't want to spend a whole lot of time trying to tweak it. Perhaps the easiest thing to do is just remove caught stealing from the equation. But it's definitely open to discussion to figure out the best way to handle it.
That's what I'd do... and use the "Import Players" feature in the commissioner's tab. So much easier.

Do the best you can. Especially in the first few rounds, take your time, make sure you get your guys. As we go forward, hopefully you can sneak away to use your phone now and then. If there's 1 or 2 picks before you and you know you can't get online for hours, you could also send a pm to Deckie, Hairnova, Habspatrol or me, where you could say there's 1 pick before me and my next pick will be either 1-Player A, or 2-Player B. If that person takes your 1st choice, then we'll post your 2nd choice for you. Etc.
