And ESPN will be better? They all went to the same clown college.
At least they'll be different clowns ... and maybe 10% less obsessed with Chicago and Philly. And ESPN will be better? They all went to the same clown college.
I already got my STM email about buying tickets...they didn't wait too long!if you missed the other thread, PNC can go to 50% capacity starting Friday at 5

When we talked to our rep last week, he said that they were getting everyone back from furlough this week. The Governor gave them something to do.I already got my STM email about buying tickets...they didn't wait too long!
It might be difficult to get to 50% and still maintain 6 feet spacing. For example, the seats in 118 that I was in had 4 seats strapped shut to my right. They can’t drop 2 people in there and only leave 1 seat in between, that’s not 6 feet.Looks like they won't go to 50% right away because they need to spread people out .

We went on Saturday, using friend’s seats in 118. The row in front and behind us was empty and the 4 seats to my right and 1 seat to my wife’s left were strapped closed. When the team sent out the 13 game plan email, it was upper deck only and I called my rep to see if anything else was available. They have the arena mapped into pods of 2 or 4 and, as a 2 seater, the only thing available was in 215, so we took them. There were only 4 seat pods on the lower level. Now, I’m sure the team mapped out the arena for every possible scenario and they’ll have to snip the straps on some chairs. But what happens if someone made a decision at 15% but isn’t comfortable at 50%?
Saw a tweet from Rick Bonnell, who covers the Hornets for the Charlotte Observer that Spectrum Center was only going to 25%, or from about 3,000 to 5,000.Yeah... I wonder to what extent Canes were talking to the Gov's office for guidance as to the next increase. I would have thought 25% or 30% would have been an expected next level.
Yeah ... the issue being social distancing requirements. And some municipalities still have restrictions that overlap the State's guidelines.Saw a tweet from Rick Bonnell, who covers the Hornets for the Charlotte Observer that Spectrum Center was only going to 25%, or from about 3,000 to 5,000.
That rots. Mostly for TT.RBA says Still no news on Teravainen return date.
Wondering if you couldn't get a RD for the rights to Lafontain? Especially if it seems like he's going to be tough to sign. I mean, you wouldn't get a top 4 guy, but maybe a depth RD that's better than the current Taxi Squad options? Just wondering out loud.Sara Civian has a Q&A with Waddell at The Athletic. Some highlights:
- He’d like a right shot defenseman.
- One of the trade chips might be a goalie.
I mean, yes. But are we convinced that one good year makes Lafontaine a "good prospect?" THAT's the issue for me. I know two things for sure ... his trade value has never been higher and we don't have him signed. For me, that means if you're anything less than 100% convinced that he's actually found something in his development that he can build on, you're probably wise to sell high.Let's not trade a good prospect and a 2nd for Vatanen again please. That was a bit much to give up.
