2013 - Leafs down 3 games to 1, win games 5 and 6 by scores of 2-1, had a 3rd period lead, lose Game 7 in Boston in OT.

2018 - Leafs down 3 games to 1, win games 5 & 6, Had a 3rd period lead, Lose Game 7 in Boston

2019 - Leafs would win one, Boston would win one... Lose Game 7 in Boston

2024 - Leafs down 3 games to 1, win games 5 and 6 by scores of 2-1, had a 3rd period lead, lose Game 7 in Boston in OT.

He’s played over 65 games only once in the last 7 seasons. Maybe he should just do his PT on IR next season, collect his $9.5M and call it.

Dude's only 31 but the way he was moving in that series he might as well be 40.
 
Dreger tweeted that Jets coach Rick Bowness is expected to announce his retirement today. He‘s only coached 803 games as a NHL head coach, but he’s been coaching more or less continuously since 1984.

He dragged a good regular season out of that team, but hoo boy they were a mess in that playoff series. Bowness is a good guy, but he's done all he can do at this point.

He’ll be 32 in a few days and 33 before he plays again if he sits out all next year. He just needs to not do anything stupid and potentially cause himself any more serious, lasting damage. He has a Cup and a bunch of cash. Play it smart.

Swayman has been so good this post season and is about to get paid while Ullmark is about to find a new team to play for because of his buddy’s exceptional play. Never gets old seeing the Panthers get beat like a drum!
