I will say our broadcast is very consistent from game to game. Some might say consistently mediocre, but I've grown to enjoy it. I was especially grateful to be able to sync up the internet radio broadcast with the playoff tv feed this past season to avoid the national coverage which is usually insufferably negative on the Canes and a real buzzkill.
Tripp has come a long way from his constant food and groin injury references, and offers occasional good game analysis these days. Maniscalco is so-so, but he also had to replace a hall of fame announcer in Forslund - so the difference is a bit more pronounced. I really like Shane's contributions and wish they would find more ways to use him, and Hannah has been a great improvement over what we've had in the past. The best part for me is that they all seem to like one another and share a welcoming camaraderie. They may not be collectively the best in the league, but I personally feel they're much higher than 22nd.
